When sellers ship your items, they arrive at the LoveGoBuy warehouse within 3-7 days. Each package is scanned, logged, and assigned to your account. You receive notifications as items arrive, building anticipation for your haul.

Storage and Hold Period

Items can be held at the warehouse for up to 90 days at no charge. This generous storage window lets you accumulate multiple orders before consolidating them into one shipment. Plan your purchases strategically to maximize this consolidation benefit.

Consolidation Process

Consolidation is LoveGoBuy's most valuable service. When you are ready to ship, warehouse staff repackage your individual orders into a single box. They remove unnecessary packaging like shoe boxes, brand tags, and promotional materials to reduce weight and volume. Items are arranged securely with protective padding.

QC Inspection at the Warehouse

The QC inspection happens during consolidation. Staff photograph each item, check for damage or defects, verify sizing and color accuracy, and document everything in your account. You review these photos and approve or request changes before the package ships.

Shipping Preparation

After your approval, the package is weighed, measured, and labeled for international shipping. Customs documentation is prepared based on declared values and contents. Your chosen shipping carrier collects the package and begins transit to your country.
