The best return opportunity happens during QC inspection. When you review warehouse photos and find issues, request a return immediately. The seller covers return shipping to their address since the item never left China. Refunds process within 3-5 business days. This is the easiest and most common return path.
Post-Delivery Return Conditions
After international delivery, return options become more limited due to shipping costs. LoveGoBuy supports returns for defective items, wrong items received, or significant quality issues that were not visible in QC photos. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery with photo documentation of the issue.
Exchange Process
Exchanges work similarly to returns but require the replacement item to be in stock. The process involves returning the original item, waiting for seller confirmation, and having the replacement shipped to the warehouse for new QC.
